Microsoft’s December security updates
6 updates this month (5 if you’re running WinXP SP2) including:-
MS04-041: Vulnerability in WordPad Could Allow Code Execution
Yes - a hacker can use Wordpad to run code of his choosing on my system. I couldn’t stop laughing for 5mins when I read that one. It’s actually 2 vulnerabilities (cue more laughing), but I’ll forgive them for trying to minimise the embarrassment.
