2.9: Aurora
The team discovers hundreds of crew members frozen in stasis pods connected to a virtual reality interface. Sheppard enters an empty pod and connects to the interface. Howeve, one of the pods contains a Wraith. They must keep this Wraith from learning the same secretsthey seek from the ancients
2.10: The Lost Boys
Sheppard, McKay, Teyla and Ronan are ambushed and find themselves prisoners of Lt. Aiden Ford. Determined to prove that the Wraith enzyme is both safe and useful, Ford poisons them with the drug. He orders the team to help with a special mission: the destruction of a Wraith ship.
2.11: The Hive
Sheppard, Teyla, Ronon and Ford try to escape the ship where they are hostages. On Ford's planet, McKay injects himself with a massive amount of the Wraith enzyme which he needs to overpower his guards. McKay and Caldwell must devise a plan to bring the rest of their team to safety.
2.12: Epiphany
The Atlantis team discovers a portal with ancient carvings, adn Sheppard is accidently pulled through to the other side. WSeir discovers that Sheppard has been transported into a time dilation field. However, a warning is enscribed in the stone - once the portal is crossed, there is no return.
