2.13: Critical Mass
The team learns the Goa'uld have planted a bomb on Atlantis - any action that might overload it would result in an explosion. The city must be cloaked to remain invisible to the Wraith, but this would cause the energy source to detonate. Weir discovers the perpetrator is a member of the team.
2.14: Grace Under Pressure
On a test flight, McKay and a pilot suddenly lose control and crash into the ocean. The jumper descends to the ocean floor, and the impact causes a small break, allowing water to seep in. Weir and Sheppard devise a rescue plan, but will they reach him before time runs out?
2.15: The Tower
The team is introduced to the leader of a village who is able to protect the people that live there from the Wraith. The Lord discovers that Sheppard also possesses the Ancient gene needed to protect the village. The Lord decides that Sheppard should marry into the family and become his successor.
2.16: The Long Goodbye
An energy beam hits Weir, allowing her to harbour the consciousness of Pheobus. Sheppard agrees to harbour her husband's consciousness so they can communicate one last time. She has tricked them - they were enemies. The team must find a way to stop them before they destroy each other and Atlantis.
