They are cartoon yearbook photos featuring the production crew. 
 
The easiest way to find them is using the Title button on your remote control 
Disc 1 – Title 12, Disc 2 – Titles 18, 19, Disc 3 – Titles 9, 10, Disc 4 – Titles 10, 11

Keep going DOWN.
